With 25 years in the HR Profession and exposed to various industries and providing Consulting and Training Solutions to various companies and Industries in UAE, Oman, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Singapore, India and the Far East.

Solomon has a wealth of Human Resource Consulting and Training Experience.

He joined the Tata Group in India as a Project Trainee in 1991 taking up the Compensation Survey in the Hosur Belt.

From these humble beginnings Solomon has worked in various industries such as Textiles, Garments, Granites, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, and Automobiles in companies like Coats Vyella, The Birla Group; Bharat Silks; Ankit Granites, Auma India Limited; BPL, and Toyota Kirloskar.

With a rich experience in varied industries, In 1999 Solomon moved to the Sultanate of Oman as a Management Consultants to provide his expertise in Consulting Business. With Solomon’s Direction the company experienced a growth and value add to the consulting business.

After 15 amazing years Solomon left the Consulting firm in 2006 to start his own consulting firm, Solomon Management Consultants now Solomon People Solutions.
He has been helping small to medium and large enterprises in various industries to enable themselves and the individuals who work in these enterprises through consulting and training solutions.

He has also commented on matters related to training on the Dubai FM. He has appeared extensively in the press coverage in magazines and newspaper articles.
