Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable solutions.

This role is suited to a confident communicator who enjoys working with people, understands the fundamentals of consultative selling, and is driven to achieve measurable sales results.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and client discussions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client engagement and delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident presentation and negotiation abilities
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate business value
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is preferred
