With more than three decades of experience in Human Resource Consulting, organizational development, and professional training, Solomon has built a career centered on helping individuals, leaders, and organizations achieve meaningful and sustainable growth.
His professional experience spans industries including Watches, Textiles, Garments, Granites, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, and Automobiles. Throughout his career, he has contributed his expertise to respected organizations including Titan Watches, Coats Vyella, The Birla Group, Bharat Silks, Ankit Granites, Auma India Limited, BPL, Toyota Kirloskar, and IMC.
In 2006, Solomon began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Solomon Management Consultants, which later evolved into Solomon People Solutions. Over the years, he has supported small, medium-sized, and large enterprises across diverse industries through customized consulting and learning interventions.
Today, Solomon leads SPS across corporate training, leadership and management development, HR consulting and organizational transformation, talent search and critical-role recruitment, professional certifications and public programs, and workforce and business predictability solutions for SMEs.
