Program Overview
The Asset Management Training Program introduces participants to the key principles, processes, and strategies used in effective asset and facilities management. It examines asset management as a business process and explores the Asset Management Landscape Model, strategy frameworks, and the Line of Sight approach.
Furthermore, participants will learn how to develop asset management policies, strategies, goals, and Strategic Asset Management Plans. The program also covers asset management roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Through practical learning, participants will strengthen their ability to align asset management activities with organizational objectives.
Medium of Instruction
The program is delivered in English.
Program Methodology
The training uses an interactive and practical approach. Participants will engage in case studies, role plays, group activities, multimedia presentations, and video clips. These methods encourage active participation and help participants apply asset management concepts to workplace situations.
Certificate of Participation
Upon successful completion of the program, Solomon People Solutions (SPS) will issue a Certificate of Participation to each participant.
